jgrecco   I'm not sure the exact size of the room, but it is a VERY nice size for the price. It is Norwood Apartments right near Highland Village which has a bus to RU campus. There is no washer/dryer in the apartment but there is one on site. pets are not allowed (flexable).
em.radford.   It's a four bedroom phase three in Hunters Ridge. Two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, storage, washer and dryer in apartment.
