I am a consultant with a software company, I am moving ton the Tucson area to study glass blowing at the Sonoran Art Foundation. The property I want to rent with two roommates is a new townhouse that is part of a co-housing community in central Tucson. The owner would like at least a 6 month lease, but she will be renting the place for a few years.
