Located just 10 minutes from downtown dallas, Deep Ellum and Lower Greenville. White Rock Lake and the Aboredum is less than five minutes away. There are dogs and cats living in the house and pets are welcomed. Roommate will be responsible for half of the electric, gas, water, phone/dsl and satelite bills.
