I recently got out of the military and still have all my clean habits drilled in my head (not completely spotless, but I like to be clean). I'm really easy to live with cuz my personality goes well with almost all of em. I don't make a lot of noise, don't throw wild parties or anything like that (although it doesn't bother me if my roommates do), I'm just working and trying to save money.

2 story house built in 1984, 2809 sq ft. Lot's of space. I live alone, don't smoke, don't drink friendly and quiet. House is furnished with sofa, tv, washer, dryer, fridge. I have an extra bed in the spare room. All utility bills split 50/50.
