Home is located a short five miles from Wayne Community College in a nice rural area.
The room is located on the opposite side of the house from all of the other bedrooms with a semi-private entrance affording tenant plenty of privacy. We are respectful and fairly quiet people looking for the same in our renter. Rent includes one space in the garage with remote opener, shared use of finished attic for storage, and use of the kitchen, dining and laundry facilities.

I have an 8 month old 3/4 german shepherd 1/4 red nose pit puppy named Sasha. She very well behaved, shes house broken, and she doesn't really bark. I'm a sweet, easygoing, laid back person. its a two story apartment the room will be empty
untill my current roommate moves due to wanting
a house and asking me to take the lease. after that
all that will be needed is a bed. if any questions
