Rent is 500 including all utilies (oil hot water heat, electric, garbage, sewer, water) as well as Direct TV with DVR and Movie Channels (in the living room), and high speed X-Finity Internet. The entire house is brand new from the inside out. hard wood floors throughout, brand new plush carpeting upstairs in the bedrooms. *2 bedroom,1 large bath with jacuzzi tub and seperate glass shower.
