notallthere   My place is a 2 bed, 2 bath house on Mcafina, a fairly quiet and well-maintained neighborhood. There is cable, a wood-burning fireplace, appliances, and a furnished livingroom/dining area. A couch in the living room folds out to serve as a guest bed. You are responsible for furnishing your room/bathroom, and painting your room (NOT the bathroom, as it will serve as a guest bathroom as well) if desired. A contract must be signed and accepted before Jan. 1, 2007. Free maintainance by owner.
hcat   well this is always hard to talk about myself. But I am 23 I am very easy going, clean,just a pretty much happy go lucky tkind of girl. Im not wild but I do like to have fun. Now this might turn you off but I do have 2 very small pets. Oscar the dog and Emmy the cat. The dog is half poddle so he does not shed. They are both great animals and I promise you would fall in love with them when you meet them. But they do usally stay in my room.
