la1rc   We have a large 3 bedroom house and we are wanting to rent out one of the bedrooms. We do own a dog who is extremely lovable but does not like other animals therefore we cannot allow pets. We are asking $300 for rent which will include all utilities plus cable, internet, etc. The bedroom we are renting out has a walk in closet and cable/internet hookup. It is not furnished although we can provide an air matress in needed.
