Current roommate is moving for work and family and is moving out at the end of September. $500 a month includes rent, utilities, and high speed internet. I’m pretty laid back and typically like to watch Netflix or play games when I’m at home. Having people over, share food or items is cool as long as it’s talked about before hand.
