The home is in a very nice and quite neighborhood,
close to bus transportation, freeway access and
shopping centers. Each roomate will have her own bedroom and bathroom. Also, there is a huge room for working or studying.

There is a two car garage. two bedrooms,(possible office?), finished basement with bar area, and tons of space. The extra rooms are not decorated so you can do what you wish.
