Small, cute house- 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, nice living room and kitchen. There is a basement, but it is not finished. It is good for storage, though. I have a dryer, but no washer (I'm still working on that one). A big yard.
Everything is included for you in the $200 (of course, you'll have to buy your own food).
I'm clean, organized (tho not anal by any means), tend to be relatively quiet. A nice place if you're a student.
