All my furniture is brand new and really nice. If you need a bed I can bring up my extra one. I want someone who is honest and has high standards and who will pay their rent on time. I'm very outgoing and spontaneous. I love to clean and am very neat. But I don't care what your room looks like as long as the rest of the house is neat.

Current tenant is a smoker with a 6-year-old (part-time custody), a cat and a dog. Rent includes housekeeping. No smoking in the house, but new tenants should not be excessively sensitive to cigarette smoke.
