.2 acres in a great residential neighborhood. close to downtown, very close to tons of shopping and restaurants. Right off main drag, but in subdivision so no street noises.

The subdivision also have a swimming pool, small basketball court, fitness center, and club house. Only a few minutes to I-75, I-71, and Ronald Regan/Cross County Hwy.
