My children are at the lake and I do not have funds to make a big move. Need a place where rent is reasonable so I can save for my own place in the area. Quiet and like clean living space. Looking for balanced environment where my 12-year-old can be present on weekends. Carpenter by trade. There are jobs waiting for me there.

I do receive a weekly check, so at a reasonable price I will have no problems affording it. I'm very neat, no pets, no kids, it's just me. I don't party anymore. Those days were over years ago.
