racerx20886   The room is approx 13'x12' and you have a large closet that takes the whole left wall. Rent is $600 per month, all utilities included. Free cable TV and Free high-speed internet. Available Sept. 1, 2004 There is additional storage space available in the garage. Kitchen has high ceilings and a skylight. I will be furnishing the living room when I move in on 8/28 or if you have furniture, we can discuss. Common areas will be shared - kitchen, laundry, living rm, and dining rm.

becquer792   I have a 3 level townhouse with 4 rooms I'm renting out. The house has brand new fridge, oven, carpet, new paint!!! Access to pool, large deck and patio for hanging out, walking distance to mall, and 3 min to I-270 ramp. Immaculate. The rooms available are: 1) a large master bedroom with it's ownbath, vaulted ceilings, skylight and dressing area ($750)!!! 2)A HUGE basement with it's own bath ($625. 3 & 4) two rooms that share a bathroom ($500 each).
Aeric   I'm pretty much a clean person. I would love a place with a pool/gym but could live without it. I don't mind pets at all, however I don't have any myself.
