Mclay   4 bedroom triplex located within walking distance of Marietta College. It's an old house split into half doubles built in the 1800's. Most of the house is original with several decorative fireplaces. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently remodeled one year ago. I have 3 rooms. There are two on the 2nd floor.
