The rent is the 650 +650 deposit and also the cost of 1/2 the utilities. The is a long living room that runs into the dining room and then straight back to the kitchen. There is a den that is off to the left of the living room and the bedrooms are in a hallway off to the right. There is a good sized laundry room with all of the appliances already there. You would have your own private bathroom. The house is in excellent condition.
