ikrash   Its a nice 6 year old duplex in the subdivision behind cooporate lake. Big kitchen, big living room. One bed with its own bath downstairs two bedrooms one bath upstairs. I have tv satellite computers, playstaion, almost anything you could want.
jcozn2   This duplex is brand new this year, never lived in. I am transferring to Ball State University and need to find a replacement for me ASAP. The 3 other guys living there are really cool, laid back, and pretty clean. 4 bedrooms share two full bathrooms upstairs. 1/2 bathroom downstairs. All appliances included in kitchen, all electric. 2 car garage w/ driveway. Patio for putting your grille on. Backyard faces a nice open area, perfect for throwing a ball around. Pool and basketball court nearby.
