rmsoon   Very nice 3 bedroom apartment furnished and well put together. room open because one roommate went off to the military. rent is only $253 per person split from $759. Utilities run about $70 to $80 per person which includes internet, cable, water, and electric. Very nice complex.

We are very chill & get along w/everyone. We both work full-time & are also full time college students. I'm 22, Simmone is 20. You'll have no worries w/us maintaining responsibility of our share of the bills, cleanliness of the apt, etc. Our biggest worry is finding someone who's able to maintain their share of the bills
