Fabulous house! All appliances are provided--I just need a roommate to share costs! Two-story home with converted basement downstairs. Two bedrooms upstairs with two bedrooms and 3/4 bath downstairs including bar-area. I do have two dogs, and they're both great, but you would have to be a dog person.
