honeybe201   This is a very large duplex (don't know sq ft) with vaulted ceiling in the living room. Bedroom that is for rent is slightly furnished but can be removed if you have your own furniture. Parking would be in the front of the house in the yard, which only runs about 20 ft from the front door to the street.

mouse99703   i do have an extra queen matress no boxspring though if needed, i have a tv you can use in your room. the house is nice fake hardwood floors, the rest of the house is furnished, your cable and internet is included in rent i have 72 chan in your room and like 200 availble on digital cable in livingroom. your allowed to do your room however you want with in reason it would help if you cleared with me first. your deposit will be refunded as long as you dont damage anything and your room is clean
