TJC   I am an out-of-state landlord. This is a three-bedroom private house with plenty of parking. One bedroom is already occupied by a young man. The bedrooms vary in size, but each is $300 per month. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. You will have to pay a portion of all utilities to the present occupant, as they are in his name. Occupancy is immediate. Deposit and references are required.

I’m a former college athlete who likes to stay active, enjoys watching tv and loves to cook for others. My current space has a separate room and bathroom available. May be moving in August and that space would have a private bedroom and shared bathroom. If I find a roommate before my current lease is up I would not be moving.
Krae15   I’m a first grade teacher just recently out of college looking to add a roommate to my apartment! It’s not far from campus, and it’s in a super nice, quiet spot in town! Close to all kinds of restaurants and grocery stores. I also have a little dog that will be around! Definitely the most chill dog you’ll ever meet. The room available is 11’x11’ with a closet that is 2ft deep and 7.5 ft in length. You will also have your own bathroom (not attached to room)! Would love to have someone with us!
