My brother and I had this house built in March of 2002. It's very new and very well taken care of. The third roommate will have their own half bathroom but will share a shower in the second bath. I have a dog which is very loveable and easy to handle, so any applying roommates must be sociable around her. There is a good size backyard with a deck(no hot tub yet).

I'm very permissive and easy-going-- what you do with your life is your own business. At the same time, I can be sort of nervous nelly, a little anxious and awkward sometimes. I'm very socially and philosophically open, but I completely respect the privacy of others. I'm hoping to find a house or duplex that will afford me plenty of peace and privacy, preferrably in central or south-central Austin. I'd like my own bathroom, but I'm not altogether opposed to sharing one.

He's 23, works for a lawyer, likes music, gaming, and computers. It's a 2-2 with plenty of space. 1st Floor. Free parking, near campus. I have a 2 bedroom/2 bath Condo in Southwest Austin. It has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony, pool, free parking, etc...
