Great house on private street. There is a pool, but right now it needs cleaned, badly. There is also a 2 car garage for us to share.
I do have an indoor cat, that believes the house is her's and she's the queen. :)
I'm military, so I normally get up early, and my schedule is fairly crazy at times. I'm an average person, who doesn't like drama.

As far as children go I have NONE, just a 3-year old dog that is housebroken and very friendly. She gets along with others dogs as well. Other than that, I am a very outgoing, respectful, neat, clean, organized, and fun lady.

I have accepted a Job at Fort Belvior. My family will remain in Richmond, VA. I need a room for Monday night thru Thursday nigth weekly. I will not be present Friday or Saturday unless adverse weather prevents travel to Richmond. It is possible I will occassionaly arrive late Sunday night if an early meeting is scheduled. I am very quite and will spend my time either watching TV or working on the computer. Would prefer a private bath if possible.

I am looking for a quiet location that I can use as transition to a new position at a "Think Tank" job in the district. I am married but my wife will stay in Atlanta. I will need the room for at least 4 and possibly 8 months as I look for a sailing vessel to buy and live aboard. I would be the best tenant anyone ever had the opportunity to rent to.
