I'm very much used to doing my own thing, and I'm really looking for someone that is used to doing their own thing to, but is also able to communicate and hang out once in a while. I'm okay with overnight guests, pets, and indoor smoking. I am respectful and courteous of others, and only expect the same in return. Wonderful solid and clean house. It's a great neighborhood, very peaceful, with green space at the end of the block, 1 mile from NY/Trenton/Philly Trains. Very close to New Brunswick, Rutgers, the hospitals, rt 18, rt 287 and Everything.... There is also a cleaning service that comes weekly. Please reach me at Sheckyramone at hot. male.

This House was built in Dec. 2001, located on a corner lot (50 x 100 ft). It is in a very good location and has great access to Rt 22, 28, 202, 206 & 287. The neighborhood is very nice. Main Street is in walking distance. There is on road parking available. There is a Market right behind the house which is very convenient for all common products. There is a Deli inside the market also with cold cuts and more. Full basement which will have secure rental storage rooms available in the future

im not sure of the exact size, but its a big house, new repainted and professoinally cleaned, landlord takes care of lawn and snow, its a very nice place, and i need roomates by aug 1 the latest, rent will be between 450-535/month depending on how many people we have and utilities are cheap, ive put a lot of my own money into fixing up the house as well, contact me ASAP at [email protected] or call me anytime at 732-407-2734 names Dan

im sweet, clean, respectful, fun-loving & very girly girl & i do have 2 sons one is a chihuahua puppi who luvs to kiss & the other is cat who luvs to talk.. professional during the week but sometimes a lil partier & other times laid-back on weekends.. i do NOT mind ocassionally overnight guests as long as i get the same in return.. Oh & btw I CAN COOK!! I'm looking for a nice, clean, decent sized room with decent sized closet space in an apt with other female/s who are kinda like me..
