I am looking for a clean roommate to share a 4bedroom/4bath brand new condo. It's an unfurnished place but includes new washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, and microwave and I have a two living room chairs and a dining table with chairs. It is not walking distance to the hill, but it does have a shuttle which runs to campus every 30 minutes. I think you might really like the place if you looked at the community (The WoodLands of Knoxville).
