Community features a large club house with pool, tennis, baskeball & volleyball court and large field to play football and soccer with friends. House sits on a 15 acre lake stocked with bass, bluegill and catfish. Lake permits non-motorized boats.

Downstairs has kitchen with 8 foot x 3 foot island, open to living room and dining room, all three bedrooms are upstairs and a large loft for additional living space, patio in back along with six foot privacy fence. Great community. Need to rent. I have one bedroom with private bath and huge walk in closet and the other two rooms share a bathroom. Look forward to hearing from you soon!
