Roommate needed for 2 bedroom house, walking distance to IUP campus. Entire house is already furnished except for the bedroom being leased. It's actually $800 for the whole summer, but it wasn't an option above. It's a house cut into 2 places, we would be living on the left half. It's 2 stoires with a just re-done bathroom that's huge.
