Nice house, 2 story. Available room has wood flooring and a cable connection. Rent is 300/month...cable/internet is optional but 50/month should u decide on it. MUST BE CLEAN....I can not stress this enough we have just kicked a guy out for being excessivly dirty..must smoke outside or in you room. Quiet household..parties are cool...just dont get out of hand. Pets will depend on size but is dicouraged.. this is a great deal considering its only 300 dollars for everything excluding media service

I'm a very easy going person. I tend to get along with everyone. I work long hours and currently have three jobs, so I'm rarely home. I have two young daughters that stay with me two weekends out of the month. Usually when I have them we stay out doing stuff most of the time.
