K07   Great room to rent. We are looking for a non-smoking female renter. I am 24 and the other renter is 21 (we're both female) and we're out of college with full time jobs. The house is located 30 min. from West side of Madison, 40 min. from North and East sides of Madison. The house is 1530 sq ft so plenty of space. Street parking is available, and there are storage units across the street. We have a dishwasher and disposal, and a washer & drier in the basement. There are 2 cats in the house.
