The place is a one-story house on Washington Park Blvd, Michigan City, IN. It's only a 10 minute walk to Lake Michigan! Also the place is fully furnished, has a working wood-burning fireplace, has a hot-tub in the bathroom, has a beautiful deck with barbeque grills, has a great kitchen with all the appliances, has a one car garage, and has washer and dryer units. You really have to come out to appreciate it. Rent is 350/month. The security deposit is 1st month's rent and 75 dollars for utilities

I've lived with roommates in the past and always lived with someone my entire life. Currently, that would be my 18 year old daughter that attends college. She'll be staying but I must leave for employment reasons. I'll respect your residence and pitch in to keep it clean and straightened if that's what you'd like. I would like a roommate that would feel comfortable with someone who is reserved but quite flexible having grown up in a family of 10 children.
