tonyag9@yaho   There is a deck, screened patio, POOL, fireplace and a vaulted ceiling living room. Very nice :-) If you like to have fun and are a positive kind of person, we will get along just fine! I have never had trouble getting along with anyone and consider myself a pretty good roommate. I look forward to hearing from you!!! You would have to pay 1/2 utilities, phone and cable and the house is furnished, minus your room so you'd need a bed :-)

lovelygrl234   3 bedroom/3 bath townhouse. Tile downstairs, carpet upstairs. Bedroom available is upstairs. Common living area is furnished but the bedroom is unfurnished. Split 1/3 of utilities including electricity, water, cable, and phone (if you so choose). Deposit is due over a period of time because landlady is flexible.

slc04c   I am a freshman student at FSU (psychology & biology major) and I work for a babysitting service part time. I have three pets and I am very picky about letting anyone else take care of them. The cat is nearly 4 years old and is very very sweet. The puppy is a black lab and she is already crate trained. The bird is a baby senegal parrot that isn't at all loud but likes to talk. They are all very sweet and friendly. I am easy to get along with and i'm looking for someone to share the bills with.

oxfsucutixo   - 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse a block away from the Tharpe and Mission intersection - 5 mins from FSU & 2 mins from TCC - 4 car driveway $ no towing so visitors are more then welcome - furnished already, but bring your own bedroom furniture - I own the place along with my parents so they are no gay ass rules or land lords to deal with. - You can paint & do whatever to your room as long as you return it the way it was founf when you move out - Pets welcome

CandiceH1985   I'm 20 years old, looking for a room to rent while I go to school at Valencia CC. I have a little maltese, she's under 10lbs, house trained, doesn't shed, and is so loving. No cats, I'm allergic. I would prefer a female roommate, but I'm beginning to get desperate. Any room under $400 anywhere near the school or Disney will do at this point.
Katie1225   Across the street from FSU!!! Allows pets... two per apartment (but they don't really care as long as you don't trash the place) Utilities are included in rent except electric which runs about $70-$80 a month. Really a great place for students to live. Main building is a dorm with meal plans available. Lots of parties at the dorms. Lots of fun stuff to do. Furnished available for 150. ENTIRE apartment is available!!!!Two rooms are both open in April.
