okay, so this is a super sweet apartment! great view, super bright and a redone bathroom & kitchen. my current roomie is leaving to live with BF and I'm looking for a rad replacement. Im a responsible UNH student who is very flexible and looking for someone fun but reliable. so if your aweseome and need a place for pretty cheap this place is totally sweet!

One room's about a 9' X 9' room and the other is about 10' x 10', both just big enough for a twin or full bed along with dresser and nightstand. Dishwasher, laundry facilities, and small fitness facility are available. Unlimited long distance (U.S.) and broadband internet access included. All utilities included. TONS of storage available. Room for Rent. I own a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home and I am in need of a roommate.
About the house
The house is only 3 years old at the end of a cul de sac of a quiet development. The kitchen, dining room living room is all shared living space. I have a full size basement and a large yard. The bedroom for rent has two large closets. So there is plenty of space. Rent includes utilities, except for the heating bill which can be split. I have a washer and dryer on premises.
