tholohan   Beautiful, recently rennovated condo with mountain views. Largest private patio in the complex, pool and 3 spas, and all new appliances. Gated communtiy with covered parking. Kitchen is completely equiped and the living room is furnished. There is ample shopping within walking distance. SunTrans express bus service is on the corner of Swan and Sunrise. Wonderful, quiet and very safe community. This unit is located on the bottom floor and is all on one level.

Boanerges   large livingroom with balcony/patio in the back. medium-sized dining room area with ceiling fan. kitchen overlooks the street. diswasher and stove in kitchen with refrigerator. good sized hallway with 3 cabinets (large one for utilities, 2 medium sized ones for laundry linens). balcony/patio has good sized tree for cats (if yours are outdoors) to climb and play on, plus provides good shade and coverage from perverts.
