sportgirl24   My brother and I had this house built in March of 2002. It's very new and very well taken care of. The third roommate will have their own half bathroom but will share a shower in the second bath. I have a dog which is very loveable and easy to handle, so any applying roommates must be sociable around her. There is a good size backyard with a deck(no hot tub yet).
jenny   I'm very permissive and easy-going-- what you do with your life is your own business. At the same time, I can be sort of nervous nelly, a little anxious and awkward sometimes. I'm very socially and philosophically open, but I completely respect the privacy of others. I'm hoping to find a house or duplex that will afford me plenty of peace and privacy, preferrably in central or south-central Austin. I'd like my own bathroom, but I'm not altogether opposed to sharing one.

blu3yedangel   Awesome Apartments with great staff... Most of the apartment is furnished with the exception of the room for rent, although we do have an extra book shelf and desk if someone needed to use it.
