EngelsDie   I have one room available. It has a mattress and boxspring in it from previous roommate as well as a dresser and a tv stand. Personal balcony and a view of the lake (boones creek). The bathroom would be shared. Living room is furnished and rest of apt is furnished as need be for functionality.
