The room available is one of three bedrooms in the trailer I am currently living in. The master bed and bath are at one end and the available room and bath are at the other end. The other bedroom is just an extra storage room. Rent is $250/month. The utilities that I currently have are electricity, phone and satellite. I do have internet, but it is only dial-up (we can't get high-peed...yet).
