The apartment is pretty big and bright, very close to the red and green Cyride lines and a block from East Hyvee. Fairly quiet building with ample parking. Plenty of closet space and a good sized bathroom.

It's one of the best 2-bedrooms and the guys who manage it are great! It's on the first floor which has 10' ceilings. It's really close to campus! It's nice inside and very open. Big kitchen and living room space. Bedrooms are great size too. Everything's paid for except for electricity which runs about $10-12 per room.
