Carpet & vynyl flooring is only 2 yrs old. New Range. Yard maint is taken care of by landlord, all we have to do is water. I know I will be there for at least two years. If you do not want/can commit to a 12 month lease, We can discuss shorter lease periods. I signed the lease yesterday. Just waiting for the word. You will need to have your own furniture. I am just bringing the neccessities.

We are non smokers and drink on occasion. We keep very to ourselves. We had a couple move in with us when we had our aparatment before and we didn't know them prior to it and it turned out great. My parents are currently living in one room until they find a house of their own. Frankly, I enjoy having company around, so I'm looking for a housemate. Roommates will have free range of the house. The room has an adequate walk-in closet. Basic cable, shared high-speed internet, LAN or Wi-fi, and all utilities are included in the rent.

Luxury apartment in the new City Center Park Place complex of Newport News. Wonderful area and new additions are poping up daily. Markets, cafes, resturants, shopping and a beautiful park and fountain as well. My children visit often almost every weekend.
