laken   The house is brand new with very spacious rooms. It has carpet and wood floors as well. There is a huge back yard with a half paved basketball court. Plenty of parking located close to UCA and CBC.

It's a nice size bedroom and it uses the hall bathroom (but no one else uses that bathroom the other 2 rooms have a private bathroom) It's close to UCA and only 20 min from Little Rock. It's a good size house with a big living room and a decent size kitchen. It's got a washer and dryer with it and you split the utilities by the number of people in the house (I've never paid more then $50) It's really nice and quiet. Everyone works or goes to school.
attackkitten   The home has 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths and is 2000 square feet. You will have your own room and bath with a private back entrance. All common areas are nicely furnished and will be shared. annamwm87   Normal size bedroom, 2 windows. Upstairs. Lesbian couple looking for a roommate to share the bills. Both currently in college. We have 2 medium sized inside dogs that are very loving, and 2 gerbils. Smoking household. Pretty big apartment...fairly quite neighborhood. Must be a rather clean person, who respects us and our property. Room currently has a bed, dresser, and small T.V. if needed we could leave it in there. If not we'll remove it.
