I have a two-story 4 bedroom home in which I live alone. I would like to rent out the upstairs to the house. There is at least 1200 sq ft of living space upstairs with 2 walk-in closets. I need rent plus 1/2 on the utilities. The roommate would have full kitchen, laudry room and garage privileges. But, I need someone with no more than one child. No partying, or loud music allowed.
