I just retired from the Army, and going back to shool at ITT Technical institute, (uncle sams paying:-) I have a 8 year old son who will visit on accasion . FT single mom looking to share a house with same or similar. While I need a seperate room, my 2 1/2 yr old son can share with another child. We are fun loving and enjoy other people in the house. We function on a normal daily schedule (ie bedtimes, ect) and would enjoy living with the same or similar people. My son is a typical high-energy two year old. He loves people and other children around. I have occasional friends over who are all respectful. No smoking, drugs or drama please :)

The room is located in a two story house, in the second floor apartment. The room is medium sized, with a closet and it's own entrance. It also has carpet and a dresser built into the wall. We have a 10 month old baby in the house, along with my fiance and I. We both work, and are very bent on paying rent on time.
