I am a female in my 50s and I am looking for a female with like- minded interests to help share this big house. Rent is $600.00 per month and utilities, internet and cable are $150 per month. I will also require the signing of a rental agreement and a small security deposit in the amount of $375.00 . Agreement will be on a month to month basis.
