jasonk87   Pretty much it's a 2 bedroom apt. and ground level with a living room and kitchen as well. Your rent you would be paying averages around about $300-$350ish per month on the 1st. Your half will include rent, utitilies, and internet/phone. Currently there is no cable at the house, but there is jacks is purchased in the future. And washer/dryer in the kitchen.
