This is a quiet, clean, spacious unit on the second floor of 3 unit bldg. The livingroom and common area is seperate from the bedrooms and bathroom. Back deck overlooks others' yards and 2nd floor western lighting. Nesteled in the middle of a quiet yet lively community.

The condo is on the first floor of a two-family home in No. Cambridge located on a quiet one-way street. It's about a 13 min walk to Davis or Porter Sq., a 6 min walk to Alewife.. Aside from the available bedroom, the entire household is furnished. There's a living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, a beautiful back yard, & a front & back porch. The washer/dryer are located in the bathroom paired w/ the available bdrm. There's one parking spot in the driveway or plenty of on-street parking.
