My brother and I had this house built in March of 2002. It's very new and very well taken care of. The third roommate will have their own half bathroom but will share a shower in the second bath. I have a dog which is very loveable and easy to handle, so any applying roommates must be sociable around her. There is a good size backyard with a deck(no hot tub yet).

This apartment has a lease until May 14 of 2005 and the move in date is very flexible. The apartment overlooks te pool. It is an on campus apartment of Texas State and is very near the rec center, library, a dining hall, and grocery store. To comply with the school, the room must be filled by a Texas State student, staff, or faculty member and must be of the same sex (female). You can buy an apartment parking pass for $35. Other than the above listed, Texas State does not enforce any rules.

Im a student at Texas state. I have a dog, she is trained and really friendly. I smoke but only in my room unless the roommate doesnt mind then in the common areas to. I am friendly and easy to get along with. I tend to be messy in my personal space but keep common areas clean. I usually stay up late doing homework and stuff like that. I work alot so I'm usually there.
