Share a house with a nerd! I have a charming home built in 1909 and am looking for someone to share it with! $600/month includes all utilites, cable and high speed internet. Huge yard with garden area and deck, great for entertaining or just hanging out. Great neighborhood, feels like the country, but less than a mile from downtown. I am a really laid back person, a major clutz, but all around fun to live with. I have a black lab and would be okay with another pet if they get along okay.

I have an extra bedroom in a cute, newly remodeled condo, located on the lower south hill. It is a 2 bedroom, one bathroom condo--with a washer and dryer in the unit. There are only 5 units, so it is really quiet with street parking right outside. The location is pretty perfect--less than 10 minutes to Gonzaga & the Riverpoint campus--and about 3 minutes to downtown Spokane.
