I currently have my own appartment, I'm just looking to find a place with lower rent so that I can save some money.
I'm a very easy going guy, I get along with pretty much everyone I know. I like to go out on the weekends and even once and a great while on the week days.
As far as cleanliness goes I like to keep things pretty clean and I'm happy to do my part in that area.

Im looking for someone to spilt the bills w that likes to have a good time but knows when to tone it down. I like to go out on the weekends w friends. I work at 530 am some days so I dont want to live w anyone that cant respect that and have some quiet nights to.

Private family home in quiet neighborhood. Two rooms available (partially furnished or not) plus private bathroom. Share kitchen and livingroom. Middle-aged couple with 1 child in college and home only for weekend /holiday visits. We are non-smokers and prefer only nonsmoking renter. We have one cat and prefer renter with aquarium pets only.
