The shared living area (laundry, kitchen and living rooms) include full kitchen ammenities including microwave, gas stove, and dish washer. Living room is furnished with black italian leather furniture and a wide screen (46") hi-def TV. Both bedrooms have additional satellite connection and boxes and phone jacks. There are two full bathrooms as well.

I'm a pretty laid back person. I get along with everyone. I'm not much of a drinker but dont mind being around drinking and partying. I'm usually either at work or out. When i am home i like to occupy myself with reading, writing and listening to music. I am a smoker but have no issues with only smoking outside of the residence if neccessary. I also have an 11 month old female cat that i would like to bring with me, although i have housing arrangements for her if neccessary.

FT single mom looking to share a house with same or similar. While I need a seperate room, my 2 1/2 yr old son can share with another child. We are fun loving and enjoy other people in the house. We function on a normal daily schedule (ie bedtimes, ect) and would enjoy living with the same or similar people. My son is a typical high-energy two year old. He loves people and other children around. I have occasional friends over who are all respectful. No smoking, drugs or drama please :)
