longhornman   this is a 2 story that also has a full basement in the house. It has three bedrooms upstairs. it is a older farm house located on 11 acres I live there but work allot and so i am not there often and am looking for someone that is easy to get along with age and gender doesn't matter. I have had better luck renting to females rather than males.
